  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

3. Refunds

      Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
